Payment and Shipping Information

You can easily place your order in our extensive online store at www.jan-kuenster.com. Alternatively, you can give us a call at +49 (0) 228-282961. We will then personally take your order or answer any questions you may have. We are happy to assist you!

For "urgent" customers, we offer express overnight shipping at an additional cost (only within Germany). The additional cost for express deliveries is €25. Please place express orders by phone only at +49 (0)228 – 282961.

Payment Methods and Shipping Costs

  1. Delivery

1.1. Your order will be shipped via Deutsche Post, DHL, DHL Express, or UPS.

1.2. We ship to the following countries: Germany and worldwide.

2.1. The shipping costs within Germany are as follows:

  • For an order value of up to 12 euros, we charge 3 euros for shipping.

  • For an order value of up to 35 euros, we charge 4.80 euros for shipping.

  • For an order value of up to 80 euros, we charge 6.80 euros for shipping.

For "urgent" customers, we offer express overnight delivery for an additional charge (only available within Germany). The additional cost for express shipping is 25 euros. Please place express orders by phone at +49 (0)228 – 282961.

Note: Shipping costs are calculated based on the original price of the products. If you have any questions or experience technical issues, please feel free to contact us at 0228 28 29 61.

The delivery time is usually only a few days. In exceptional cases, if a product is out of stock, we will contact you. If products need to be custom-made for the customer, such as reproductions on canvas, the delivery time will be approximately 10 to 14 days.

For orders with a total gross value of 80 euros or more, we offer free shipping.

For heavy and bulky items, an additional surcharge of 25 euros per delivery address will be added to the listed shipping costs. This will be noted separately on the respective product page.

2.2. The following flat-rate shipping costs apply per order for international deliveries:

  • BE, NL, LU, PT, ES, FR, BE, LU, IT, MT, IE, SE, FI, EE, LT, LV, PL, CZ, SK, AT, HU, SI, NE, DK, CY, GR, RO, BG: 12.90 euros

  • NO, IS, RU, BY, UA, MD, AM, AZ, GE, TR, VA, MK, AL, BA, HR, AD, MC, YU: 12.90 euros

  • CH, GB, LI: 22.00 euros

  • AF, EG, AL, DZ, AD, AO, AI, AQ, AG, GQ, AR, AM, AW, AZ, ET, AU, BS, BH, BD, BB, BY, BZ, BJ, BM, BT, BO, BA, BW, BV, BR, IO, BN, BF, USA, US: 29.00 euros

2.3. For cross-border deliveries, additional taxes (e.g., in the case of an intra-community acquisition) and/or duties, such as customs duties, may apply. These are to be borne by you.

If installment payment via PayPal is offered, the installment agreement is concluded between you and PayPal.
