Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a right of withdrawal in respect of contracts for the supply of goods in accordance with the following provisions.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes which can predominantly be attributed neither to their trade nor to their self-employed professional activity.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, acquired possession of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Milca Künster, Gudenauer Weg 75, 53127 Bonn, Germany, Tel.: +49 228 282961, Email: info@jankuenster.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online using our online withdrawal form. If you use this online facility, we will promptly send you confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email), including information on the content of your withdrawal declaration and the date and time at which it was received.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
- for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time the contract is concluded, are not resident in a Member State of the European Union and whose sole place of residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time the contract is concluded.
If you finance this contract by means of a loan and subsequently withdraw from the contract, you will also no longer be bound by the loan agreement, provided that both contracts constitute an economic unit. This is particularly deemed to be the case if we are also your lender or if your lender makes use of our involvement in connection with the financing.
If the loan has already been paid to us when the withdrawal takes effect or when the goods are returned, your lender shall assume our rights and obligations arising from the financed contract in relation to you with regard to the legal consequences of the withdrawal or return. This does not apply if this contract concerns the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign currencies or derivatives).
If you wish to avoid contractual obligations as far as possible, exercise your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement if you are entitled to a right of withdrawal in respect of that agreement.
